Fall River Youth Soccer
WINGS was the official videographer of the
Rhode Island Stingrays Team for two seasons. WINGS
videotape each of the Stingrays home games during those two seasons.
Highlights from these game tapes have been shown in Rhode
Island on WPXQ Channel 69, WPRI Channel 12, WRIW Channel 23, and
on COX Cablevision and Full Channel Cablevision.
WINGS Soccer Show
In addition, to videotaping the Stingray home games
we also produced
"WINGS
Soccer Show". This show featured the activities of the Rhode
Island Stingrays and the Rhode Island Youth Soccer Association (RIYSA)
. RIYSA has over 22,000 youths
playing soccer throughout Rhode Island.
Highlights of both the Stingrays
and RIYSA soccer games were the main feature on this show.
Likewise, the show featured updates of soccer league activities, along
with interviews with players and coaches of the Stingrays
and the RIYSA.
"WINGS
Soccer Show" was broadcast on WRIW Channel 23, COX Cable
Channel 70 and on Channel 14 on FULL Channel Cable.
In the spring of 1998 we changed the name of our show to
"WINGS SPORTS".
